Lovely breakfast options to start the day.

I was disappointed with the uncomfortable chair in the room. It was so poorly designed that my husband could hardly use it for sitting or sleeping, a significant issue for us. On top of that, the overall price for the quality of the amenities felt unjustified, especially since we encountered minimal perks for our stay.

The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel was a smaller size!

Was pricey for the size of the room.

The view was great, the staff friendly and the beds very large and comfortable.

I would have liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

The view of the bay from our room was beautiful, and the ice machine on our floor was a convenient bonus that enhanced our stay.

I loved the serene atmosphere and the amazing views of Lake Michigan from the dining area with large windows. The hotel was accessible and easy to navigate.

I loved the amazing views of the bay from my room! The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection, including fresh pastries 🍰. Just wish the hot tub had been functioning.

The room was small & I was disappointed that the hotel wasn't on right on the water.

We did not care for the breakfast. Also, there was not FREE Wi-fi. You had to be a member to receive it(we are not members). If not, it would have cost us $6.95/day......no thanks!!

Charming Stay with Beautiful Views!

We enjoyed fine views over the bay from our modern room, perfectly renovated for comfort. The staff displayed friendly service, facilitating our late check-in effortlessly. Be sure to ask about nearby dining options that offer local flavors-not to be missed!

Decor, safety, staff.

Wanted more amenities and better views for the nightly rate, even with the AAA discount. We were only there at night so we didn't need views but for that kind of money you'd expect a beach outside.

I love the fact that the duvet covers are laundered after every stay. bedspreads in most hotels give me the heebie jeebies even if they look clean. Great breakfast. Wonderful coffee.

excellent access to parks and waterfront sights

the hotel's proximity to the historic gaslight district made our evening strolls enjoyable, and we loved being just a short walk from the beautiful little traverse wheelway for morning walks along the lakefront.

The stay was amazing!!! The hospitality of the staff made the stay so enjoyable! EVERYONE was so nice!! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated! The views are awesome from the room and in the breakfast area! The continental breakfast was awesome both mornings we stayed and again the staff was very pleasant during breakfast! The pool area was also very nice clean and the pool was warm! Highly recommend this hotel for the area!! Good location close to down town!
